Customers who say OmniTrader seems to be working slowly should consider the following

• Start a new focus list with say 200 symbols
• Reduce the historical data for analysis to 2 years [ edit - data periods]
• Reduce the data periods only use days or only 60 minutes [ edit data periods]
• Use a faster processor computer i7 or use more memory say 4GB
• Ensure no other programs are running in background
• Ensure you are running the latest release of the software
• Restart windows
• Make back test only 250 days with no forward testing [to do list - test settings]
• Reduce the number of strategies analysed in a  focus list to say 3 [strategies]
• Do not save data for reports [ to do list - test settings]
• Turn off dynamic optimisation if not required [ to do list - test settings]
