In Australia we are a marketing office/ reseller not the technical support office (which is provided free by Nirvana) however we can provide support if you require it, we do not provide share market investment advice. You should refer to our site disclaimer in respect to our services.  
Option 1/  Need to discuss a technical issue  
  • For Phone Support, we charge $30  for a quick support response to a max of 10 minutes. You will need to pay in advance for support. 
Option 2/  Need us to take control of your computer  
  • If you prefer us to take control of your computer via a video link. The cost is $150 per 30 minutes. You will need to pay in advance for support 
Option 3/  Need a personalised training session for your user group?  

The most common matters we assist with include (for both OmniTrader and VisualTrader)....

 
  • Setting up your focus lists & symbols to allow you to scan the market; setting up the appropriate strategies; creating the data base options for your focus list; creating your watch lists and portfolio; setting up alerts and multiple screen displays (chart books); customising the charts, indicators and strategies for the modules; how to read the signals ; setting up chart pattern options; setting up back testing and setting up a daily action plan that will work for you to monitor the markets
  • Training sessions last for 5 hours and you can have up to five persons in attendance. The charge is $1,800. We require all participants to have their own PC with the updated software installed and a room with a large TV screen for presentation purposes.  Any additional time required after a seminar is charged at the phone assistance rate (option 1). You will need to pay in advance for support
