In Australia we are a marketing office and reseller.  Nirvana will provide all users free support relating to after market sales and technical software and hardware issues.  CorporateDoctor  can provide user set up support if you require it, but  we do not provide share market investment advice. You should refer to our site disclaimer in respect to our services.
  • In offering support we will help you in the use the software but this does not include solving technical issues or bugs or hardware problems, you should speak to Nirvana for this.
  • The best way to assist you is via video link, where we access your computer  whilst you watch. Its an effective way to save  frustration and to tune up your setup.
  • The common items we are asked to cover include setting up your focus lists & symbols to allow you to scan the market; setting up the appropriate strategies; creating the data base options for your focus list; creating your watch lists and portfolio; setting up alerts and multiple screen displays (chart books); customizing the charts, indicators and strategies for the modules; how to read the signals ; setting up chart pattern options; setting up back testing and setting up a daily action plan that will work for you to monitor the markets
